Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support school districts in the Atlanta, GA area for the 20252026 school calendar year. This full-time, contract role offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on student communication development.
Position Type: Full-Time | School-Based | Contract
Pay Rate: Starting at $47/hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations

Develop and implement IEPs aligned with students communication goals

Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain compliance with IDEA and Georgia state education requirements
Federal and Georgia State Requirements:
-
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Valid Georgia SLP license issued by the Georgia Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
-
Completion of required background checks (including fingerprinting and GBI/FBI screenings)

Authorization to work in the United States
